What is your kind type??
Everyone have different skin types and do we all know what skin type we are? The answer is no. Normally people do not find out what skin types are they until they thinks that the skincare products that they are using does not suit them as it causes some skincare problems.
Here are some questions for you to ask yourself and know what skin type you are.
1.Does your skin gets over drying or oily throughout the day?
2.Do you always get breakouts?
3.Do you have red and itchy patches on your face often?
Asking these 3 questions can help you to do some identification of whether your skin is oily, dry or sensitive. The few major skin types that we have are normal skin, oily skin, dry skin, combination skin and sensitive skin. Now, a person can have more than one skin type in his/her skin. For example, I have combination sensitive skin. It means that I am oily in my T-zone, which is my nose and forehead, and dry on my U-zone, my cheeks and sometimes my chin. After knowing what skin type you are, it will be easier for you to choose your correct skin care products.
If you have dry skin, most likely you will also have a little sensitive skin as your skin tissues are weaker and thus you will need sensitive and hydrating products.
If you have oily skin, you will need to find out why. Is it that your oil glandes are too active, or is it that you have dry inner and thus your skin will produce oil to lubricate your skin. If you cant tell, I would suggest that you go to see a skin specialist, dermatologist or go for professional skin care test to find out.
If you have combination skin, there are some products that are in the market that are more balancing for your oil and water inside your skin.
If you have sensitive skin, it will be better to find out what are the products that you cannot use and that also it will be better if you are using all natural products instead of those that are chemical mixed. For me, I use a lot of aloe vera for me as it is very smoothing for my skin.
I do hope that this post is informative and that it will be able to help all of you:)
